The Space Hijackers challenged The State to a game of cricket on Mayday 2005. Sadly, their right honourable opponents proved themselves neither right nor honourable by not turning up.
Therefore the honour of the city and responsibility for upholding standards of attire and other day-to-day gentlemanly concerns was won by default and handed to The People.
