Mike Cupcake has been carrying bags of vinyl around since 1997, entertaining crowds across the UK and much of Europe with his manic blend of party tunes. In 2001 he added Final Scratch hardware to his DJ setup, allowing MP3 mashups and bootlegs to mix fluidly with his existing collection of records.
A rarity in the DJ world, Mike Cupcake likes to smile and dance; you won't catch him mixing dull tunes for 60 minutes with eyes down and a disinterested look on his face. If the dancefloor is empty he'll start it himself!
One of the founder members of the iconscious collective, Mike Cupcake has been involved with internet broadcasting since the early days of DJs moving online to reach wider audiences.
